Questions
Where can I put a CloudLife plaque?
Anywhere that holds them: a garden bench, a tree, a planter, an urn, a mantelpiece, a photo frame or a keepsake box. Choose the outdoor steel plaque or the indoor stick-on.
Do people need an app to scan it?
No. Any phone camera opens the memorial page.
How do I set it up?
Scan the plaque or go to cloudlife.uk/activate, then enter the code from the card in the box. You can add the story, photos and videos straight away.
Who can see the page?
Anyone who scans the plaque or has the link. You can hide the page at any time from your dashboard.
Can anyone write in the guestbook?
Visitors can leave a message, but nothing appears until you approve it.
Can I add videos?
Yes. Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link. Photos are uploaded directly.
What if CloudLife ever closes?
You can download everything as a zip archive at any time from your dashboard.
Does it support a charity?
Yes. 10p from every tag goes to a men's mental health charity.
