The service

CloudLife provides a QR plaque or stick-on tag and an online memorial page. We'll keep pages online for as long as we operate. You can download a full archive at any time, so your memories never depend on us alone.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to host and display it on your memorial page. Only upload content you have the right to share. Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful or that invades someone's privacy.

The guestbook

Visitors' messages appear only after the account holder approves them. Account holders can hide or delete messages at any time. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Takedown requests

If something on a memorial page concerns you (for example, it's about you, it's inaccurate or it's hurtful), email hello@cloudlife.uk with the page link. We aim to respond within 5 working days and may take content down while we look into it.

Placing a plaque

Please make sure you have permission to fix a plaque wherever you place it, for example a bench, a tree or a shared space. Some places, such as churchyards and cemeteries, have their own rules.

Orders, returns and liability

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Charity donation

10p from every tag sold goes to a men's mental health charity.
